    Join us between December 3-5 virtually and in-person at the Trademark Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya for the Annual Global Digital Health Forum!

    The Trademark Hotel is accessible via a number of transportation options, including Uber and local taxi services that don't require reservations.

  • Where do I register/buy tickets?

    Registration for the In-Venue event or the Virtual event may be completed here.

    What countries are included in the LMIC fee waiver?

    You may reference the World Bank list of economies to determine if you are registering from an LMIC.

    How do I access the virtual event the days of the conference?

    When the virtual platform launches soon, you will be able to go to https://gdhf.conference.tc/ and use the username and password you used to register to attend.

  • If you have submitted an abstract, please wait until you receive notification of your abstract status before registering.

    • If accepted, you may register under the Speaker Rate.

    • If not accepted, you can still register under the Early Bird Rate (available until October 15, 2025).

    If you are not already eligible for a lower rate (e.g. LMIC), we recommend waiting before purchasing your ticket.

  • You can download our VISA support letter to support your application. Simply edit the document with your personal details.

  • In-Person

    1.) Access to the conference (December 3-5, 2025), including breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks on each conference day

    2.) An evening drinks reception (Happy Hour) on one night of the event

    3.) Access to all conference material

    Virtual

    1.) Access to the virtual conference (December 3-5, 2025), including presentations, networking events, and an exhibitor hall

    2.) Access to any conference material provided and recorded sessions through our site

  • If you request a cancellation/refund before November 1, 2025, you will receive a full refund.

    If you request a cancellation/refund between November 1, 2025, to November 8, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund.

    If you request a cancellation/refund after November 8, 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    Your registration fee can be transferred to a substitute attendee from the same organization if submitted by November 21, 2025.

  • We encourage you to use our Attendance Toolkit to justify your attendance at GDHF 2025:

    • Yellow Fever: Vaccination required for entry; get vaccinated at least 10 days before travel.

    • Malaria: Risk exists throughout the year, including in Nairobi.

    • Water: Tap water is not safe to drink; bottled water is readily available.

  • Nairobi is generally safe, but remain vigilant.

    • Stay alert in tourist areas and avoid walking alone at night.

    • Keep valuables locked in your hotel safe and carry only copies of important documents.

    • Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or wearing expensive jewelry.

    • Follow your national Foreign Office travel advisory for Kenya and stay updated via local media.

    Avoid travel within 100 km of the borders with Somalia, Ethiopia, and South Sudan.

    • Currency & Payments: Major credit cards accepted; ATMs and exchange services available.

    • Bank Hours: Mon–Fri: 09:00–16:00; Sat: 09:00–12:00; closed Sundays/public holidays.

    • Electricity: 220–240V; 3-square-pin plug.

    • Languages: English and French are the official forum languages.

    • Weather: Average temperature in December is 18°C (highs 23°C, lows 12°C).

    • Time Zone: GMT+3.

    • Security Brief: A security update will be provided during the forum.
